LA Cruiser's Car & Truck Club is based out of Opp,
Alabama. The Cruisers have an annual car show that
coincides with the OppFest each October. For more

LA Cruiser's Meeting
The LA Cruiser's Car Club met recently to discuss this year's Hot Rod Power Tour. "There will be a large contingent from Alabama called "The Alabama Gang" that we hope will travel and stay together," says Brett Ballard. "We will be leaving on Friday June 3rd for Cocoa Beach, Florida and stay at the Best Western."
Around 20 interested participants showed up to discuss the plans and are all
excited about this year's tour! The meeting was held at Doc's Country Store
on the by-pass in Opp.

 LA Cruiser's Car appears in Hot Rod Magazine
When the LA Cruiser's car club cruised to Birmingham back in June, one club member got a HUGE surprise when a Hot Rod Magazine editor approached Brock Ballard about possibility of his 1969 Camera appearing in the magazine.

Cruiser's take home trophies 
The LA Cruiser's had a great day recently at a
car show in South Alabama. The
show was in Enterprise in conjunction with the
Piney Woods Festival. It was sponsored by
the Weevil City Cruiser's."We took 7 cars
over and
won 7 trophies, so we had a great day! " says Brett Ballard.
